Bodyology Trinity is a private massage therapy practice offering thoughtfully customized bodywork in a calm, restorative environment. Each session is designed to meet the individual needs of the client, with an emphasis on relaxation, renewal, and reconnecting with the body. Sessions may incorporate a blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, with careful attention to comfort, communication, and overall well-being. Whether you are easing muscle tension, navigating everyday stress, or simply creating space to slow down, Bodyology Trinity provides a peaceful setting where your body can be supported exactly where it is. Appointments are by booking request and personally confirmed. As a small, independently owned practice, scheduling may occasionally adjust to accommodate family and school activities. In the rare event that an appointment time needs to be modified, you will be contacted promptly to arrange another time that works best for you. ⸻ Policies & Booking Information By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to all posted booking, cancellation, and refund policies. Gift cards, packages, and promotional services are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original form of payment. Cancellation Policy
I truly value your time and am grateful you’ve chosen Bodyology Trinity to support your wellness. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, I have a few simple policies in place:
• Changing or Canceling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This helps me open the spot for someone else who may be waiting.
• Short-Notice Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)
Life happens — but when there’s less than 24 hours’ notice, I do apply a 30% fee to help cover the reserved time. If you’re able to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to find a time that works for both of us.
• Missed Appointments
If an appointment is missed without any contact, a 30% fee will be applied. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment before booking again.
• Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full session. If you’re running late, I’ll still give you the best care possible in the time we have, but the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time.
• Grace and Understanding
I know that unexpected things come up — kids get sick, emergencies happen, and sometimes life just throws a curveball. If you reach out, I’ll always consider your situation with understanding.
